The Memorials Program at Friends of Caroline offers a meaningful way to honor the lives and legaices of loved ones through lasting tributes placed throughout our serene campus. Families and friends can choose from a variety of personalized memorial options- including engraved bricks, benches, swings, picnic tables, and our beloved Memorial Wall. Each piece provides a place for reflection, remembrance, and peace, while also supporting our mission to deliver compassionate hospice, palliative care and grief support to our community. These tributes create a beautiful, healing space that celebrates life and ensures that no one is ever forgotten.
